Ran at Bowling Park with Nate and Rob and did a half mile warmup at first. started in a 6:30 pace and stuck at that four the first of 4.25 mile loops than sped up the last 2 miles and ran a 5:55 and a 5:28. Felt good however was a little forced.

Ran on the treadmill felt pretty bad stomach and achilles hurt.

Ran with Rob around a 6:45 pace at the school for our first official track practice ran 4 loops around the 1.3 mile course than ran a mile on the track. Felt sluggish but wasnt hurting Rob was trying to push the pace a little at some points but it all evened out.

So sore from weight training the last day. Ran only 4.1 with Rob and Nate on the track and around the school.

We warmed up for a mile then ran 5 miles at a 6:10-6:08 pace than ran the last mile at a 5:46 felt better then yesterday but still couldnt fully stride out because of tightness in my hamstring and glutes. Cooled down for a half-mile.

Ran 4 miles at JJ, my legs felt like two lead pipes but that might have to do something to do with the weight training I was doing in, but finished with a half mile of barefoot running.

Ran 5 miles at Sequoyah Park on a very hilly course, legs felt slightly better and ran the first mile with the altitude mask. Then finished with a quarter mile of barefoot running.

Ran 6.2 miles at the school combined on the track and the concrete around the school, felt pretty good ran at sub 6:00 pace and a relatively tough course I think I'm in a little better shape then I thought I was but still have a long way to go.
