Ran a half mile warmup then ran around 6.5 miles on the road at around a 6:50-7 minute pace. Ran with Nate and Rob felt good achilles started to tingle a little after halfway through knees felt sore afterwards but that was probably because of the cold. Need to stretch a little better but really good way to start the season and can't wait to start racing.

Took 2 days off because of increasing tightness in my achilles. Need to find a permanent fix for it but it felt good today ran a quarter mile warmup then 5 miles in a neighborhood and on a track felt good chest was tight due to poor fitness.

Ran at Leita Thompson very hilly course. I ran easy the first two miles, then after Nate had to use the bathroom i probably pushed myself a little to hard, but dont feel hurt however i need to stay at a more honest pace. Chest was still tight and filled with mucus due to fitness, hope this problem goes away as the season progresses.

Ran a half mile warmup then ran roughly 7.5 in the streets of canton we went out around 7 minutes but the pace kept getting quuicker as we went and by the last half mile Nate was really pushing it almost sprinting but i kept with him the entire way we probably closed out under a 6 minute mile pace but felt good and just need to stretch out, my lungs cleared up though so thats a good sign.

Ran a half mile warmup at Bowling Park then a 6 mile workout at exactly 6:30 pace then ran the last half mile at race pace and finished at 2:19-2:20. Felt good and beat Nate on the 800 which was awesome. Finished with a half mile cooldown.
