| Ran at Bowling Park with Nate and Rob and did a half mile warmup at first. started in a 6:30 pace and stuck at that four the first of 4.25 mile loops than sped up the last 2 miles and ran a 5:55 and a 5:28. Felt good however was a little forced.

| Ran on the treadmill felt pretty bad stomach and achilles hurt.

| Ran with Rob around a 6:45 pace at the school for our first official track practice ran 4 loops around the 1.3 mile course than ran a mile on the track. Felt sluggish but wasnt hurting Rob was trying to push the pace a little at some points but it all evened out.

| We warmed up for a mile then ran 5 miles at a 6:10-6:08 pace than ran the last mile at a 5:46 felt better then yesterday but still couldnt fully stride out because of tightness in my hamstring and glutes. Cooled down for a half-mile.

| Ran 5 miles at Sequoyah Park on a very hilly course, legs felt slightly better and ran the first mile with the altitude mask. Then finished with a quarter mile of barefoot running.
