Ran 6.2 miles at the school combined on the track and the concrete around the school, felt pretty good ran at sub 6:00 pace and a relatively tough course I think I'm in a little better shape then I thought I was but still have a long way to go.
Ran 5 miles at Sequoyah Park on a very hilly course, legs felt slightly better and ran the first mile with the altitude mask. Then finished with a quarter mile of barefoot running.
Ran 4 miles at JJ, my legs felt like two lead pipes but that might have to do something to do with the weight training I was doing in, but finished with a half mile of barefoot running.
