Ran a half mile warmup then ran roughly 7.5 in the streets of canton we went out around 7 minutes but the pace kept getting quuicker as we went and by the last half mile Nate was really pushing it almost sprinting but i kept with him the entire way we probably closed out under a 6 minute mile pace but felt good and just need to stretch out, my lungs cleared up though so thats a good sign.
